These terms are an agreement between you and Rootify covering your use of the Rootify app. By using Rootify you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Rootify produces an illustrative, AI-generated visualisation of how a hair transplant result might look, at roughly one week, six months and twelve months.
It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a prediction of your actual result. The Norwood stage, graft estimate and any recommendation shown in the app are automated estimates from a single photograph, not a clinical assessment.
Real outcomes depend on your donor hair, scalp condition, health, age, the surgeon and the technique used. Only a qualified doctor who examines you in person can tell you what is achievable.
Do not make a medical or financial decision on the basis of a Rootify simulation. Always consult a qualified professional first.
You must only submit a photo of yourself, or a photo you have the clear right to use and to have processed by the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit photos of other people without their permission, photos of children, or any image you do not own the rights to.
You keep ownership of your photo. You keep ownership of the images the app generates from it, and you may use them for your own personal purposes.
You grant us only the permission needed to process your photo and deliver your simulation.
Do not use Rootify to create misleading before-and-after material, to advertise a clinic or a treatment as if the results were real, or to imply a guaranteed outcome.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
We may suspend access if the app is used in these ways.
Rootify offers a free simulation. Further simulations, the full growth timeline, saving and sharing require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown at purchase.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Payments are taken by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled under their policies, not ours.
Rootify depends on third-party AI services. Those services can be unavailable, rate-limited or slow, and a simulation can fail for reasons outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular processing time, or that any specific simulation will succeed.
Rootify is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We are not liable for any decision you make, or any treatment you undergo or decline, on the basis of a simulation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where liability can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect.
You may stop using Rootify at any time by deleting the app. We may end your access if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
